I did an interview with the New York Post about America the Anxious and some of the places I went when researching and writing the book. They focused on the chapter about religion, and specifically the time I spent in Utah staying with a Mormon family. Statistically, Mormons are the happiest people in America. But as I found, the truth is more complex than that. As well as rating as happiest, Mormon Utah statistically has the highest rate of anti-depressant use, and depression is a particular challenge for Mormon women.
