Are Mormons the happiest people in America? America the Anxious in the New York Post

I did an interview with the New York Post about America the Anxious and some of the places I went when researching and writing the book. They focused on the chapter about religion, and specifically the time I spent in Utah staying with a Mormon family. Statistically, Mormons are the happiest people in America. But as I found, the truth is more complex than that. As well as rating as happiest, Mormon Utah statistically has the highest rate of anti-depressant use, and depression is a particular challenge for Mormon women.

You can read the New York post piece here, and of course, if you want to order the book, you can do so here, or at your local bookstore. Thanks for reading!
